Oct. 17th, drove to the town of Decazeville

Warm, sunny day today!  We drove to the town of Decaeville for art supplies, but got a late start, got caught in the noon shut-down and had a two hour lunch.  It was our first time really eating out, and the owner tried out her english while waiting on us.  I had a wonderful soup, quiche, brownie and tea for $12 euro's.  The restaurant of six tables was packed, we lucked out and got a table for three by the window.  We then visited a children's toystore and the shop keeper there was hysterical, she had a ton of fun with us.  Finally back in studio let the painting begin!

Tomorrow we were invited by our host to see an exhibit in a nearby town that is supposed to be quite beautiful.  Will post our adventure tomorrow, right now the information is minimal, but sounds interesting!

'til tomorrow then, Callie
